Along with the Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroos, Jackelopes were designed to run ships. Jackelopes are basically a Rabbit variation, with different sets of horns. Their abilities include memorizing and recalling maps and star-charts flawlessly. There are several hundred of them.
The Cyantian Rabbits used were of the Jackrabbit persuasion, making them a good foot taller, leggier, and much more wiry than the average Rabbit. Tails are about the same.
