EG kangaroos are based on Jilaic, a sentient species native to Cyantia. Among the alterations EG gave them are the ability to move their legs independantly, and the females' mamaries are moved to the chest. Like most of Genoworks' products, their fur patterns have been altered to be more exotic and unusual, such as having stripes. The roos were originally designed as art, but the militia took special interest in them and a number were transfered. The roos shown in Sink or Swim are escaped militia projects.

Due to a lack of planning ahead, EG roos would find childbirth exceedingly painful due to their modifications. C-section would probably be the only way they could have kids.
