Sivine is the last of their line.

A race of creature that look human from the waist up, serpent-like from the waist down, with two tentacles sprouting from just above the shoulder blades on their back. The serpent half is covered with soft skin instead of scales, unlike a Naga.

They don't have accessible genetalia until they're mature enough to handle it, nor most of the hormones that go with it. They don't in general have a sex drive, which is very good for them, since it keeps them from being distracted easily. Of course, the drawbacks are that while the second phase of maturity is shorter than normal, it's much, much stronger and can be ... much, much more embarassing, mwuahahaha. They don't reach maturity until they're around 20 or so, a bit more mentally and emotionally able to handle it, ... even if there are some very immature 20 year olds out there.

They have zero private parts, they don't even have to use the bathroom or worry about wetting the bed. They have a 99% efficient body which makes use of everything they eat or drink. They won't eat if they don't need it, and if waste does build up beyond what can be sweated out, they throws up.

They slough off their skin several times a year and need to soak the old skin for several hours to weaken it enough to come off when they do.[1]
