Catnip

An herb found growing on both Earth and Cyantia, usually cause mild feelings of euphoria in Mounties and Keterlin, as well as some Fox. Only a small percentage of mounties are susceptible on a level that is dangerous, like, 5%. For the rest, it just makes them feel calm or excited.

Mounties vulnerable to catnip are removed from any security positions. Khaelis was removed for not disclosing said information and he's on a type of scholarship which depends on his security work.
