One of the moons of Cyantia, it has been colonized by a plantigrade bird-like race referred to as avisterians. The climate is tropical, although there is no rain - it's maintained by a heavy mist that shrouds the place.
Home of at least one Academy, and one of the areas Exotica Genoworks moved to after the fox military took over their main lab.
Avisterian society is heavily flight oriented, with flightless birds being on the lowest rung of the social ladder.
