He does purchasing and acquisitioning for the research and development guys, although tends to stick strictly to the requisition forms even if it means giving a 175lb man a parachute that holds only 75lbs. He seems to have a fondness for Abby Normal, and she seems to look favorably on him as well. He has degree in business management and applied for the position of Office Management, but was declined despite his having the most skills for the position.
