Scavies are creatures resembling large rats with leathery wings on their backs. They tend to travel in mildly aggressive packs, and are more than willing to bite a sleeping cyantian. They tend to prefer less populated areas, and generally, but not always, avoid well lit locations. They are also a favored prey of miniwhips.
