This is the branch Quill and Needles belong to.

They were the first generation of skunks types. The scientists thought it would be interesting to give them quills for aesthetic purposes, but their splicing kind of messed up. They're only partially porcupine for the quills. The attempt to de-scent them was inaccurate and instead, they have a very powerful and hard to remove odor, as well as can spray quite a distance. So they were transferred to the Milita department for them to do with as they wanted.
