The Talis are a species that appear to be winged cats. Much of thier culture and beliefs are unknown as of yet, but they appear to be able to speak more than thier feline body would suggest.

Thus far, the only example of a Talis is the one that was living aboard the survivor ship from early in Campus Safari. Twinky shoved her into a drawer while he was helping the others escape.
