Wisps are a sort of warm blooded, winged snake that has scales only on its back with very sharp fangs and a triple forked tongue. They hatch from eggs and at least some of them are golden in coloration.
There are two variations, bat wings and feathered wings. Dallas has one for a pet. If you see one coiled up around anything, don't bug it. They bite and have a powerful anesthetic in their venom, but aren't poisonous to the point of killing you.
