Biography
He was listening intently to music on his portable stereo in a club that Mounties frequent when he is startled by Cesilee who asks him for a kiss. Upon seeing Phoenix, he calls her squeaker and tells them how she got the name (she ended up swallowing a squeak toy that would get lodged in her throat and she would squeak every time she tried to talk). He would give Cesilee her kiss.
