Biography
He was listening intently to music on his portable stereo in a club that Mounties frequent when he is startled by Cesilee who asks him for a kiss. Upon seeing Phoenix, he calls her 'Squeaker' and tells them how she got the name (she ended up swallowing a squeak toy that would get lodged in her throat and she would squeak every time she tried to talk). He would give Cesilee her kiss.
Later as he is walking through the Academy Garden, Cesilee falls into his arms. By now, he seems to be taken by her and ends up following her around and pestering her. Upon seeing Cesilee, Phoenix, and Marcus getting smoke-bombed, he takes their picture and runs away with it, with Phoenix in hot pursuit.
