Appearance: Female, white quills all over with heavy black stripes in badger-like markings, wears armor and bears a katana-type sword
Occupation: Enforcer/Slave
Owner: Velour

Not sure how she came into Velour's possession, but she and Quill are controlled by a device which limits their actions and speech - they long for their freedom.
Actively hates everyone involved in her imprisonment, including Twinky, and will probably try to kill them both once freed.
Apparently, Twinky freed him and Quill, but the only evidence of such an action is that one of the two realized they could feel their hands, and an unidentified shadow standing behindSaige, telling her to move aside. Before we know what happened, though, Twinky flees the scence, and Quill and Needles are never heard from again.
