These are done by students answering a series of questions on their datapads, and are geared to steer students to fields they are both good at, and have the aptitude for. Since they are geared towards Cyantian students, they include questions Earth students might find unfamiliar, such as 'Citystate of origin', 'Fighting Styles', 'Weapon Knowledge', 'Shedding Frequency', and 'Past Pest Infestations.'
