Volcano Burrows
The base near Vixinte used by the few survivors from the plague in The Underground. It was located high up a volcano, where a well worn path led to a steep rock wall. Access was obtained by a ladder dropped from a ledge 30 feet above the path. The central cave entrance led into a hallway lined with closed doors that gradually led into an up-to-date steel hallway.
The center of the burrows housed a launch pad where the Star was stored.
The Irincos bombed the burrows in an attempt to wipe out the Fox that were impeding their progress in obtaining Cyantian metal (the Irincos were cutting down all the trees and stealing soil to a mile deep to get it). The Star was used to escape, survival of the base is unknown.
