- Abby Normal is your average run of the mill receptionist. She's underpaid, underappreciated and forced to work long hours, holidays, weekends and just about any other day World Star Agency Headquarters is open. But there is one bright point in her job; she's making the world a safe place ... one phone call at a time.
The main character of the story. She's the secretary/receptionist for Worldstar Conglomerate Headquarters under Nadia Twithew, a position she gained while not knowing what she was applying for. Her main annoyances are Station J and Nick Billingsly, with Andy Morris being a minor one. Most of the male spies seem to flirt with her, and she seems to indicate a fondness for Brian Hoffman.
