Biography
When she was in her early teens, she was raped by Rama and ended up becoming pregnant with Vin. She was taken in by Alpha under his protection, but she ended up wanting to leave some four years later and escaped, taking Vin with her. They settled in the slum section of Centralis where they would live hand-to-mouth, never seeking government aid, not even for Vin's sake. Possibly for fear of being discovered by Rama. It was around that time she met Oran and became a drug dealer with him (both of them, especially Noira, did not do drugs because it was in her upbringing NOT to touch them). There was another job that she worked at (prostitution?) during the night that Vin did not know of. Nonetheless; this kept Noira from getting help.
Noira had left Oran for a time because he was an abusive Wolf, but let him back into her life once again. And was subjected to being forced to watch him abusing Vin. Later, she wrote an apparently hateful note to Vin. But in reality, she wrote it so that Vin would not be compelled to go looking for her. She really wanted him to have a better life without her and wrote the note because Oran is illiterate. Not aware that Rama was outside the whole time, clearly displeased over the events that transpired against Vin.
Rama was the last person she ever saw (along with experiencing the feeling of terror) because she, along with Oran, were murdered by him. Thus, bring an end to a way of life she had lived: tragic.
